The Parties discussed the issues concerning reform of the regulatory system, relief of pressure on the entrepreneurs exerted by the supervisory and licensing State bodies, possible participation of the IFC experts in the elaboration of Bills, which should improve regulatory situation in Ukraine.
Petro Kuzmenko, Committee Vice-Chairman, deems necessary to regulate the activity of small agricultural producers, especially under the conditions of Ukraine´s accession to the WTO.
The Parties defined the top-priority issues to be settled in the field of State regulation.
